Last updated: March 23, 2026
1. Introduction
Sunago, operated by StrubleCohen PLLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), provides a matter management platform for law firms with AI-powered features. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at sc.sunagoai.com (the “Service”).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account information (name, email address, firm details)
- Case and matter data you enter into the platform
- Documents and files you upload
- Communications through the platform
When you connect third-party services (Spotify, YouTube, Whoop), we access only the data scopes you explicitly authorize, such as:
- YouTube: Read-only access to your channel subscriptions and video metadata
- Spotify: Playback state, library, and device information
- Whoop: Recovery scores, sleep data, workout summaries, and body measurements
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To personalize your experience (e.g., displaying your connected signals)
- To process AI-assisted features using your case data
- To communicate with you about the Service
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens for connected services are encrypted before storage. We implement industry-standard security measures including role-based access control, JWT authentication, and row-level security policies.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services (Google/YouTube, Spotify, Whoop) only when you explicitly connect them. We do not sell your data to third parties. Third-party service data is used solely to provide the features you requested (e.g., displaying your YouTube subscriptions or Whoop recovery scores within the platform).
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You may disconnect any third-party service at any time through Settings, which revokes our access and removes stored tokens. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
