1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sunago (“the Service”), operated by StrubleCohen PLLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sunago is a matter management platform for law firms featuring AI-powered case management, document processing, calendar integration, communications, and personal productivity signals (Spotify, YouTube, Whoop integrations). The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Use the Service to store or transmit material that infringes third-party rights

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (Google/YouTube, Spotify, Whoop). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. You may disconnect any integration at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is the property of StrubleCohen PLLC. You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-assisted features. AI-generated suggestions, analyses, and outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it in any professional capacity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrubleCohen PLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
